Full Time Digital Artist

-All characters involved must be legal, consenting adults over the age of 18
-If the character is underage, it will ONLY be drawn in SFW/PG settings, and will only be of copyrighted characters (IE Cartoon characters, novel characters, etc)
-I am primarily an artist for mature audiences.
-If you are under 18, you may NOT commission me until you are of legal age.
-If you lie to me about your age and you are under 18, you are permanently banned from commissioning me, even after you turn 18.
-My work is based upon trust. I cannot trust someone who lies to me.-SERVICES RENDERED AND RIGHTS TO REFUSE--I will only do occasional approximations of styles for certain things.
-If you want a different artist’s style, I suggest you commission that artist instead.
-I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
-Reasoning for refusal will more often than not be provided.
-Refusals may be caused by any of the following: Commissioner’s morals and actions therein, incomplete forms, or lack of communication.-CRYPTO AND NFTs--I will never, ever accept Ethereum, Bitcoin, or other cryptocurrencies as forms of payment.
-I do not condone or approve the use of my artwork for NFTs or AI learning tools.
-I am vehemently opposed to any and all digital currencies and NFT nonsense.
-Starting in April of 2024, I will begin to utilize Nightshade as a tool to poison my artwork to AI models.
-I will accept sending AI art in as reference material for a real commission ONLY if the artist whose art was used to train the AI model approves of their work being used that way.-HOW MY COMMISSIONS WORK--You may submit a commission form at any time, and at any speed, so long as your information is complete, clear, and concise.
-Near the end of the month, usually two days before the next month starts, I will take up to ten commission forms from the form.
-If your commission is chosen, I will poke you and ask if you are good for your commission for the next month and quote your price.
-During the month, a day or two before I get to your form, I will invoice you.
-I will share WIPs with you over Discord or Telegram as I draw.
-Please provide meaningful feedback at each stage of the drawing. Sketch, ink, and color phase. I understand it’s easy to see my art through rose-tinted glasses, but try and be objective with the image as I work.
-When the drawing is complete, I will send you the image file without it being sent through Nightshade. If you prefer me to put Nightshade poisoning on, let me know!-EDITS AND ADJUSTMENTS--It is your responsibility to thoroughly check for edits when I send WIPs. I am only human. I make mistakes, especially if I don’t know the character involved.
-Sketch phase: Color coded rough skeletal drawings. Meant for showing pose, expression, and general look of the image’s outline. This is where the bulk of edits should happen.
-Line phase: With the sketch cleaned up and the linework done. This is to finalize the look of the expression, anatomy, and closer inspections. Edits can happen here, but less-so than the sketch phase.
-Color phase: At this point, lining edits should not happen anymore. When I color the image, the edits that should happen here are for color changes and markings.
-The maximum amount of free edits for each given phase is six. After this, each new edit per phase will cost about $10-20. Please try to have ALL edits per phase listed in a bullet point list that is clear and concise.-COMMUNICATION, PAYMENT, AND REAL LIFE--My Telegram is @Venerabela. -When you put in a commission, please keep in mind about a few things:
Your form is in. I may not explicitly communicate this. Feel free to double check if you feel like it hasn’t gone in.
Please do something to remind yourself, because it might take 1-4 months to get through the list.
When you are coming up soon, I will reach out to you to ask if you are good for the next month. Please be honest and try not to financially harm yourself on my account if you’re having issues.
When I take your form, I will message you at most 24-48 hours before I actually start.
-If you do not communicate when:
I am inquiring about if you are ready for me to take the commission next month within 48 hours, you will be skipped. If within the following month, you still do not respond, your form will be deleted.
I send the invoice within 24 hours, I will move your commission to be later in the month and I will work on another piece in the meantime. If you still do not pay up until around 2 days before the end of the month, your commission will be cancelled and you will have to re-submit.
I am presently working on your commission, you run the risk of the commission not coming out right, or me cancelling. Please try to know what you want going into it.Communication is important!
If you need to be delayed a month or two, are having issues paying, cannot pay due to financial trouble, IRL issues, or are having trouble communicating your ideas/thoughts, please let me know. I am flexible, but communication is a two-way street. That being said, if I am having issues on my end, rare as they may be, I will let you know and give you a relative timeframe as to when I will resume.-POSTING ART AND CREDITING-When you receive the completed work, you are perfectly free to post it elsewhere with the following restrictions:
-You may post your art anywhere you like without needing to ask, within restrictions.
-My art may not be passed off as your own.
-My art cannot be resold, or edited or altered with the intent of reselling it.
-My logo is not to be removed. That is me signing my art as mine. If I find my art to be edited in this manner, you will at the very least be barred from commissioning me again.
-If you want to post on more wide-spread sites like Twitter, Facebook, etc, I will give you an AI-poisoned version.-PATREON-
By default, I will post a commission for early access to Patreon. If you are uncomfortable with this, or wish to keep it private, please make sure to keep the box for Patreon at the bottom of the commission form unchecked.
